Tooltip based help

In addition to the assistance, dedicated to first time users, Monterey also offers more detailed help on all UI elements marked with the green check marker (Image 1 below)

Image 2, below shows the way how to get that additional help information for the App launcher feature (aka Tile).

  1. Hover the cursor above the App launcher tile (marker 1)

  2. Note the yellow tooltip-like pop-up dialog and click on the Documentation link (marker 2)

  3. The browser window showing the help information for the App launcher tile appears (marker 3)

Note - The size and positioning of the browser on image 2 above are defined by hand, for a better screenshot. However, the future, deeper integration with "external" tools like browser will allow setting the tool layout as a user preference.
