Click on the Run tile starts the execution of the currently selected project (Image 1 above, marker 1). The Run tile changes its glyph (image) to a black square (marker 2) indicating the change of the project state to "running" and the Task manager toolbar button (marker 3) provides even more information (two parallell tasks running - as this application requires).

The story continues with Image 2, below. Observe the same fact explained in the previous paragraph ( Task manager toolbar button (marker 1) shows 2 tasks running), so that a click on the Chrome tile (marker2), launches the selected (skeleton-esnext-aspnetcore) project:
